Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination and carrier performance. Ya Pudding is not liable for delays or failures due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.
SECTION 8 – PRODUCT INFORMATION AND ACCURACY
We strive to present accurate product descriptions, images, and measurements; however, please note the following important details regarding our products:
- Color Variations: Colors may vary slightly due to different monitors, lighting conditions, photography settings, and screen calibrations. The actual color of the product may differ from what you see on your screen. We do not guarantee perfect color matching between photos and the physical item.
- Measurement Variations: All measurements are taken by hand and may have a variance of 1–2 cm (or approximately 0.4–0.8 inches). Differences in size are normal and expected.
- Handmade Nature: Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in size, shape, color, texture, stitching, or other details are normal and considered inherent characteristics of artisanal items. These variations are not considered defects, flaws, or grounds for return/exchange unless explicitly stated otherwise in our Return Policy.
All products and services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We make every effort to describe and depict items accurately, but minor differences inherent to handmade production do not constitute misrepresentation.
Ya Pudding is not responsible for discrepancies arising from the above factors. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these normal variations in handmade products.
SECTION 9 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ya Pudding and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Site or products purchased through it.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
Some jurisdictions may not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you in full.
